  • 6 ml Air Jeruk Nipis
  • 20 gr Cairo Food Bumbu Ayam Taliwang
  • 3.2 gr Garam
  • 3.2 gr Gula
  • 1.8 gr Lada Bubuk
  • 120 gr Tomat (Haluskan)
  • 3 gr Terasi
  • 2 pcs Daun Jeruk
  • 50 ml Santan
  • 600 ml Air

Cara Membuat

  • Siapkan bahan - bahan yang di perlukan

  • Haluskan tomat, terasi, dan Cairo Food Bumbu Ayam Taliwang dalam food processor

  • Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan. Kemudian masukan campuran bumbu, garam, gula, dan air jeruk nipis. Tumis hingga harum

  • Masukan santan dan ayam, aduk sampai rata

  • Tambahkan air ke dalam wajan. Aduklah sampai tercampur rata dan biarkan lah sampai air habis dan bumbu menjadi kental seperti puree

  • Siapkan tempat pembakaran, bakarlah ayam kira kira 5 menit tiap sisi
