  • 1/2 Bawang Bombay (30gr Potong dadu)
  • 1/4 Paprika Merah (25gr Iris titpis - tipis)
  • 1/4 Paprika Hijau (25gr Iris tipis - tipis)
  • 1 - 1.5 gr Egyptian Baharat Seasoning Cairo food
  • 1 siung Bawang Putih (3.6gr Cincang halus)
  • 1.7 gr Garam

Cara Membuat

  • Siapkan bahan - bahan yang di perlukan
    bahan-tumisan-egyptian
  • Cairkan mentega dan tumis lah bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum
    menumis bawang 13
  • Tambahkan ati dan bahan lainnya, aduk sampai rata. Masak selama 10 menit
    menambahkan-paprika
