  • 500 g Iga kambing
  • 250 ml Beras basmati (cuci dan rendam 20 menit)
  • 400 ml Air
  • 1 buah Bawang bombay (cincang)
  • 3⁄4 sdt Bumbu Mandi Cairo Food
  • 2 sdm Minyak samin
  • Garam (secukupnya)
  • Minyak

  • Kismis
  • Kacang almond

Tips dan Trik

  • Jika ingin rasa nasi mandi lebih beraroma, bakar arang kayu, lalu letakkan arang kayu yang dialasi alumunium foil di dalam rice cooker setelah nasi matang. Tuang 1 sdm minyak samin di atas arang. Tutup rice cooker selama 30 menit. Kemudian sajikan.
