  • 250 gr Daging Sapi
  • 13 gr Cairo Food Bumbu Nihari
  • 430 ml Air
  • 25 gr Tepung Terigu
  • 120 ml Air
  • 44 ml Minyak Masak
  • 8 gr Kaldu Bubuk
  • 8.2 gr Garam
  • 47.7 gr Bawang Bombay

Cara Membuat

  • Siapkan bahan - bahan yang di perlukan
    Nihari 1
  • Panaskan minyak dalam panci. Masukan bawang bombay, goreng sampai kecoklatan, lalu angkat dan sisihkan.
    Haleem 2
  • Masukan daging, Cairo Food Bumbu Nihari,dan 430ml air. Biarkan masak dengan api kecil sampai daging menjadi empuk
    Nihari 2
  • Dalam wadah kecil, larutkan tepung terigu dengan 120ml air
  • Tuang larutan tepung ke dalam panci, biarkan sampai mendidih
    Nihari 5
  • Taburkan garam dan aduk rata
  • Nihari siap di sajikan
