Bahan-Bahan
 

  • 1/4 Ayam
  • 2.4 - 3.5 gr Bumbu adobo Cairo Food
  • 2.5 gr Garam
  • 1/2 sdm Minyak Zaitun
  • 10 gr Mentega
  • 1/4 Bawang Bombay (45gr Potong dadu)
  • 15 ml Air Jeruk Nipis
  • Kulit Jeruk Nipis

Cara Membuat

  • Siapkan bahan- bahan yang di perlukan dan panaskan oven dengan suhu 180c
    bahan-adobo
  • Campurkan semua bahan kecuali ayam dan bawang bombay
    mencampurkan-bumbu
  • Setelah tercampur rata, masukan ayam dan bawang bombay
    membalurkan bumbu
  • Susun pada loyang dan panggang selama 30 menit
    memanggang-ayam
